This morning we made a birthday card for Mrs. Derrington's special leap year birthday!
Morning Free Play with Friends!
We had two morning messages. The first announced that it was Mrs. Derrington's birthday!
Our second morning message said, "We will be learning about Bears this week!"

Our meteorologist predicted a warm and sunny day!
At circle we read, Bear Snores On
After the story we acted out a couple of our favorite parts of the story. Check out us pretending to be the snoring bear!
We also pretended to wake up like bear and sneeze!
At centers we painted a bear cave for our dramatic play this week!
We also worked hard identifying objects that start with the letter Bb sound in our bear picture.
In dramatic play we pretended to have a Bear Party like in
Bear Snores on!
We delivered Mrs. Derrington her birthday card we made for her!
Look at our Bear Cave...We're excited to hang it up in our dramatic play area.
At Jesus time we are learning about Zacchaeus. We read our bible story from this big book and learn a fun Zaccheus song. This song tells the story of Jesus going to Zacchaeus' house.
