Morning Free Play
Having FUN in the commons before chapel.
Chapel
Mrs. Mudd led chapel. We all pretended to be on a boat with Jesus/ his disciples and learned how he calmed the storm.
Our offering helper bringing up our offering basket to the altar.
We went on a virtual field trip to the post office while watching a video on the smart board. We learned how to buy a stamp and met a mail man who was getting ready to deliver mail.
We were very excited about our new microphone to use at morning message today. At morning message we talked about what your body feels like when we are angry and a time we felt angry. Every added to the message because they all wanted to make sure to have a turn with the new microphone: )
At circle we looked at different stamps and then talked about where a stamp must go on an envelope to be mailed.
At centers we all put stamps on our individual name envelopes. We made sure to place the stamp in the correct location on an envelope and then decorated our envelopes.

We also worked very hard on writing our family members names and addressing envelopes!

At Jesus time we practiced singing Jesus Loves Me and This Little Light of Mine for when we sing in Church on February 27th at the 5:00 pm church service.
We also went onto talk about how the lost son was selfish and wasteful but that his father forgave him even though he spent all his money because he loved him so much at Jesus time! We then went on to discuss that God forgives us daily because he loves us so much
