Jesus is alive!
One of the morning activities: making words with scrabble letters |
Calendar Time
The calendar helper chose an action to repeat seven times,
because today is the seventh.
Spinning seven times made us just a little dizzy.
Circle Time
Before we started circle time, many of the children were looking out the window. They noticed:
- the trees were blowing and shaking
- the orange mark in the sky
- not much clouds
- the clouds were moving
- new spring leaves
- there's black leaves
After this, we talked about what we know about babies. We have a full page of information. Many of them speak with first hand experience for sure! Next, we will talk about what we wonder about babies.
Center Time
Friends playing together in their boat
And in the kitchen
A few more children shared their Easter story with Mrs. Lohman.
They painted more butterflies for our Easter bulletin board.
We need to decide what Easter words we will us.
Any suggestions?
We sang "Jesus Lives! Alleluia! Amen" as we danced and waved our streamers.
After our song, we read Early Easter Morning.
