Firefighters and Thanksgiving: Friday

We finished our table cloths for our Charlie Brown Thanksgiving Feast...We're very EXCITED!

Having Fun Outside!

Our morning message today was a question. We were asked, "What have you learned about Firefighters? "
                                                                  Our calendar helper

Our meteorologist predicted a sunny and windy day.
At centers we worked together to make patterns with firefighter hats.

We also took turns rolling dice and using that number to decide how many firefighter hats we would use for our pattern.

We identified the number we rolled...

And then counted that amount of fire hats.

We then took it a step further and made patterns with red and black fire hats.

At centers we wrote the letters in our names with shaving cream.

We also worked on our cutting skills and cut feathers for turkeys!

At Jesus time we talked about how the Israelites worried and forgot to ask God for help.
We then talked about when we worry to remember to pray to God.
We played a game where each friend took a turn sharing a worry they might have when the ball was rolled to them. We then reminded the friend to share their worries with God in prayer.
We also recited God hears your prayer and loves you after the friend shared their worry !
