After the story we all took turns pretending to be different animals from the story.
Ask your child what animal they pretended to be!
Selling Hot Chocolate at centers!
We finished working on our January interviews and writing our names for the month of January.
We made a take home Mitten Activity with the characters from the story,
The Mitten.
After watching the online story (link above) use the take home activity and retell the story with your child. Make sure to about the different animals that fit inside the mitten! We will be doing the take home activity tomorrow also. We weren't able to make them all today at centers: )
At Jesus time Zippy had a help sign but no one would help him. This made Zippy super sad. We reminded Zippy that God is always there for us and willing to help. We also went on to learn about the Good Samaritan and how God wants us to be kind and help one another like the Good Samaritan did!
