Our morning message today was God made the world.

At circle we read Brown Bear, Brown Bear. We read the story aloud together. I was so proud of my friends for reading the story with me. The did AWESOME...such big kids!
After reading the story we took turns with the mirror and said Friend, Friend who do you see? I see Andrew looking at me. Each friend got a turn to look in the mirror and say their name!
At centers we made mirrors and drew a picture of our face in the middle. After making our mirror we said a poem about Jesus making us special. Check out our bulletin board to see the awesome mirrors and self portraits we created!
We compared and measured the length of each other with a ribbon.
Sesrching for letters in our mystery bags. We identified and traced all the letters we found!
Drawing pictures of our families on the dry erase board.
Pretending to be a family driving in the car in dramatic play!
At Jesus time we learned that God created the world. We pulled different props out of a bag to help us tell the story of creation. Ask you child what God made each day and why he rested on the 7th day?
